Fees for services will be communicated to the client before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.
Third-party costs, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, hosting, domain registration, platform fees, and other external expenses may be separate from Axelid’s service fees unless specifically stated otherwise.
6. Advertising and Marketing Services
Axelid may provide advertising and media buying services across third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising networks.
Advertising performance can be affected by factors outside our control, including platform policies, competition, market conditions, audience behavior, algorithm changes, account restrictions, and advertising costs.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, impressions, clicks, ROAS, or profit unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
7. SEO and Content Services
SEO and content services are intended to improve search visibility, website quality, and organic growth. Search engine rankings and traffic are controlled by third-party search engines and may change without notice.
Therefore, Axelid does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, indexing results, or revenue from organic search unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Website and Application Development
For website and application development projects, the client is responsible for providing accurate information, required content, credentials, materials, approvals, and other resources necessary to complete the project.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, third-party services, hosting providers, platform restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms and technologies, including Google, Meta, TikTok, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, YouTube, advertising networks, analytics providers, hosting providers, payment providers, and other third-party services.
Axelid does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions, policy decisions, account restrictions, algorithm updates, or other actions taken by those platforms.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Axelid retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, proprietary processes, systems, templates, methodologies, tools, and internal resources.
Client-owned materials remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
Ownership and usage rights for newly created project materials will be determined by the applicable service agreement or written arrangement between Axelid and the client.
11. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that all information, images, text, trademarks, data, accounts, and other materials supplied to Axelid may legally be used for the requested project.
The client must not request work that violates applicable laws, advertising platform policies, intellectual property rights, or the rights of third parties.
12. Results and Performance
Any statistics, examples, case studies, performance figures, testimonials, or growth claims displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes unless specifically identified as verified results from an actual client engagement.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual outcomes may vary based on the client’s industry, offer, budget, market conditions, competition, website, audience, platform policies, and other factors.
